Introduction
TruDRIVE Storage was created to give you an opportunity to create and edit sheets and store files inside the TruVisibility platform without having to integrate with other services or deal with the limitations they require. This functionality is definitely going to be appreciated by chatbot builders, especially those who need to collect and store their visitor's data and operate it within the chatbot using its embedded functions. How To Access TruDRIVE
TruDRIVE is a powerful multi-purpose tool for keeping your vital files in one place and having direct access to them from your TruVisibility account. There are three ways to access it. First is using the following link: drive.truvisibility.com. You can also get there via the Spreadsheet step in your chatbot (see Figure 1). And finally, the TruDRIVE icon can be found in the TruCHAT hamburger menu (see Figure 2).

TruDRIVE Functionality
Let's see what you can do using TruDRIVE. In this section we will describe how to organize your files using folders, recent files and favorite files. We will also learn how to process your files, i. e. download them, make a copy, add to / remove from favorites, move, rename and delete files.
Better File Organization
There are several ways to organize your files in TruDRIVE. You can put them into folders, use the Recent section or mark some files as favorites. Let's see each case in detail.
Organizing Files Into Folders
In order to put a file into a folder, click on the three dot menu next to its name and select the Move To option (see Figure 3). Once the Sheets pop-up appears, select the desired folder and click Move. If you want to move a file to the root folder, click Move Here in the Sheets pop-up.

Recent Files
To have quick and easy access to recent files, TruDRIVE offers you the Recent section. This section contains all the files you worked with lately. These files are sorted based on when they were last opened. You can select the period for display (up to 90 days) in the dropdown list under the main menu (see Figure 4).

Favorite Files
The Favorites section contains all the files you marked as your favorites. To mark a file as a favorite, click on the heart icon in the upper right corner of the file thumbnail, and the icon will get highlighted yellow (see Figure 5). To remove a file from Favorites, click the yellow heart icon one more time until it's transparent again.

Processing Your Files And Folders
Your files and folders can be processed via the three dot menu in the bottom right corner of each file's or folder's icon (see Figure 6). This menu's options include downloading files, making a copy, adding to / removing from favorites, moving files to folders, renaming and deleting files. Below you can find the description of each option.

Download
To download a file, click on the three dot menu next to its name and select the Download option (see Figure 7). Then select the file format - CSV or XLSX. The file will be downloaded to the folder specified in your browser settings.

Make A Copy
To make a copy of a file, click on the three dot menu next to its name and select the Make A Copy option (see Figure 8). The duplicated file will appear in the same folder with the same name followed by (1) if this is the first copy, (2) for the second one and so on. Use this option to create templates that will help you save your time.

Add To / Remove From Favorites
To add a file to favorites, click on the three dot menu next to its name and select the Add To Favorites option (see Figure 9). The heart icon in the upper right corner of the file thumbnail will get highlighted yellow. To remove a file from Favorites, click on the three dot menu and select the Remove From Favorites option. The heart icon will get transparent again.

Move
To move a file, click on the three dot menu next to its name and select the Move To option (see Figure 10). Once the Sheets pop-up appears, select the desired folder and click Move. If you want to move a file to the root folder, click Move Here in the Sheets pop-up.

Rename
To rename a file, click on the three dot menu next to its name and select the Rename option (see Figure 11). Once the Rename pop-up appears, enter the new file name and click Rename. If you changed your mind, click Cancel.

Delete
To delete a file, click on the three dot menu next to its name and select the Delete option (see Figure 12). Once the confirmation pop-up appears, click Delete to move the file to the trash or click Cancel if you no longer want to delete the file. All the deleted files are stored in the Trash section until you delete them permanently.

Storage Usage Monitoring
TruDRIVE offers you 10 GB of free storage that can be used from TruCHAT. This is more than enough for storing huge sheets with the information about hundreds and thousands of your customers. To track the remaining space on the drive, go to the Storage section and check out the Storage Used column (see Figure 13). If you need more space, please contact TruVisibility support team and we will upgrade your account.
