TruVisibility Messaging platform consists of ten sections represented in the left navigation bar:

Dashboard

Dashboard is a page where your vital information is organized and presented in a way that lets you visualize and analyze all your processes and their performance. It contains statistics on your campaigns, contacts, open&click rates, an activity log, and the number of remaining emails and contacts, depending on your subscription level.

Email Blasts

Email Blasts are emails that are sent to a wide group of recipients at a time. On this page you will find the list of all your email blasts with their status, start date, number and rate of opens and clicks, as well as change settings for the email blast that haven’t been sent yet, and add new ones.

Autoresponders

Autoresponders are emails that are sent upon a trigger in response to an external event, such as contact birthday, new blog post being published or order shipped. Autoresponders can be sent not only to external users, but also to website owners to inform them, for example, about a form being submitted.

Drip Campaigns

Drip Campaigns appear as a complex form of autoresponders. They can be described as sets of emails sent to particular groups of recipients according to a scripted flow. This section contains the campaign visual flow builder, message editor, settings page, and statistics in either “Funnel” or “Instant” mode.

Contacts

The “Contacts” section contains the list of all the contacts added on the current account, including their name, email, status, source, phone number and date of creation. Contacts can be added manually by the administrator or submitted by customers via blog/event signup, during a chat session or by filling out a form on the connected website.

Segments

Segmentation is a way to divide your customers into groups (or segments) based on some type of shared characteristics, e. g. age, gender, nationality, personal interests, hobbies, etc. This helps to maintain a personal approach to each group, offering them exactly what they need.

Templates

With our elaborate and colorful message templates you no longer need to endlessly refine texts, surf the Internet for beautiful pictures or create sophisticated themes for your emails. Just pick one of these and customize it to your needs. The “Templates” section contains basic templates, themes, and your own saved templates.

Settings

In the “Settings” section you can enable the “Double Opt-In” option, which allows you to ask your potential customers for permission to send them emails. Also, you can select the mail server (TryVisibility, Amazon or custom server) and add senders.

Fields

Fields can be loosely described as characteristics for the contacts. There are predefined fields, such as name, email or phone number, and custom fields, which are added by the administrator in accordance with their business needs. You can filter your contacts by one or more fields to create segments for campaigns.
