FAQ knowledge base is a powerful tool you can offer your visitors so that they can find answers to their questions on their own. This article will help you create your own FAQ page on the TruCHAT platform.

1. Select a chatbot you want to add FAQ to.

2. Open FAQs tab.

3. Click Add FAQ.

4. Enter the name.

5. Click Add Category.

6. Type the category name and click the tick button.

7. Select whether the answer will be displayed as an article inside the chatbot or as a link to an external source. We will select Content for this demo.

8. Type in the short text answer, which will be displayed as a tooltip inside your chatbot.

9. Type in the rich answer AKA your article. This field has various text editing tools to make your article beautiful and easy to read.

10. Enable Content Indexing if you want the content of your article to be searchable.

11. Drag an image from your device or enter its URL.

12. Enter the words associated with the described topic in order to ease the search.

13. Click Save.

14. Now let's create a simple script with one Content step.

15. This Content step will contain two elements. The first element is User Input with Free Text Only as a user input type.
