The Email Campaigns Overview bar chart contains statistics on how many emails were sent, delivered, opened, clicked, complained, unsubscribed, hard bounced and soft bounced. These statistics concern all email campaigns: blasts, automations, and autoresponders. The SMS Campaigns Overview bar chart also contains statistics on how many SMS campaigns were sent, delivered, clicked, hard bounced and soft bounced.

The Contacts Trend & Quality graph shows the total number of your contacts, the number of active and unsubscribed ones, and how many of them have a mobile number. If you click on each value, it will redirect you to the Contacts section.

The Reputation graph consists of the Bounce Rate and the Complaint Rate metrics and shows how responsible and trustworthy your campaigns are in general. Your account can be in one of the following four statuses:

  • Healthy
  • Under Review
  • Blasts Paused
  • Sending Paused

An account with the 'Healthy' status has bounce rate from 0 to 4.5 and complaint rate from 0 to 0.09. An account with the 'Under Review' status has bounce rate from 4.5 to 5 and complaint rate from 0.09 to 0.1. An account with the 'Blasts Pause' status has bounce rate from 5 to 10 and complaint rate from 0.1 to 0.2. An account with the 'Sending Pause' status has bounce rate more than 10 and complaint rate more than 0.2.

The Blasts table shows how many blasts were sent, opened, and clicked, as well as gives their names and statuses. Moreover, it allows you to open the blast creation wizard by clicking on the "+" button and add a blast right from the Dashboard page.

The Autoresponders table shows how many autoresponders were finished, as well as gives their names and statuses. Moreover, it allows you to open the autoresponder creation page by clicking on the "+" button and add an autoresponder right from the Dashboard page.

The Top Countries list represents the countries whose blast recipients have the highest open rate in descending order of this metrics. The Top Cities list represents the cities whose blast recipients have the highest open rate in descending order of these metrics.

The Sending Limits bar chart shows how many emails and SMS you have left for the current day and month. Purchasing an extended version of the product will allow you to maintain more contacts and send more emails. The Monthly Emails Limit is calculated by multiplying the current number of contacts by 5 (Free Package), 10 (Lite) and 12 (Pro). The Daily Emails Limit is calculated by multiplying the current number of contacts (Free Package - maximum 500, Lite and Pro - unlimited) by 1.1.
