Autoresponders are emails that are sent upon a trigger in response to an external event, such as contact birthday, new blog post being published or order shipped. Let's create your first autoresponder together.

1. Go to the Autoresponders section and click Add Autoresponder.

2. Select a scenario, i. e. the event in response to which your autoresponder will be sent.

3. Select a template and click Done.

4. Once the Edit page opens, enter the name for your autoresponder.

5. Select the sender from the dropdown list.

6. Select recipients.

7. Enter the subject. You can use tags in the subject if you wish.

8. Use the HTML editor to add images and styles to your text. If you don't need them, select Plain Text.

9. To see what your email looks like, you can preview it.

10. And to see how it works, you can send a test email. This option lies in the Actions button.

11. If you are fully satisfied with your autoresponder, activate it.
