This article will help you deal with the import errors and give you the instructions on how to find out what happened and how to fix it. If you are uncertain about how to import contacts, please see the corresponding article.

If your contacts were imported with errors, here's what you can do:

1. On the Contacts page, click the kebab menu and select "Import History".

2. Select the line with the import that was completed with errors and click "Download Errors".

3. The file with errors was downloaded to your computer. Click on its name to open it.

4. Scroll the page to its rightmost column and see the new column "Error Description" added to the initial file.

5. Update the file and upload it again.

Simple as that! Now your contacts will be imported properly and marked as new so that you can send them a welcome blast.
